Award-winning writer, Mary Cooper, with multilingual collaborator, MW Sun, has drawn on real life stories of love and loss, struggle and survival, to create a powerful new drama with live music and accompanied by
great food. Taking place at the Oriental City Restaurant, Leeds, LS7 1BA, with a delicious two course Chinese meal, From Shore to Shore blends English, Mandarin and Cantonese to tell the untold stories of Chinese communities in the UK.

Information about food: Food at the Performance
There will be a vegetarian soup suitable for serving to all, followed by five sharing plates and boiled rice per table. The sharing plates will include a vegetarian, a vegan, and a gluten free dish. All dishes which include nuts will be marked. However, it will be the responsibility of each individual to speak to the restaurant staff and the Event Manager if they have specific food allergies or if they are concerned about the contents of any of the dishes.
