The Journey from PG Study at Leeds to researcher and practitioner: Q & A session with the Deputy Head of School of Performance and Cultural Industries, Dr Scott Palmer and PCI alumna Rebekka Sofie Bohse Meyer.

Rebekka Sofie Bohse Meyer is the Concept & Artistic Director of the virtual reality opera MORTALITIES. MORTALITIES premiered in August 2023 at Sort/Hvid theatre at Copenhagen Opera Festival. She is the Artistic Director of Jakobe Performing Art - an artistic company creating interdisciplinary performances with new technology and sound.

Rebekka is also the Curator and Founder of performative exhibition platform BUNKER together with Lise Seier Petersen. She has founded and been a member of artist collective Joker’s Dinner. She gained her BA in Musicology from University of Copenhagen, DK, MA in Modern Culture & Communication from University of Copenhagen, DK and MA in Performance Design from School of Performance and Cultural Industries, University of Leeds, UK.
